Our dark sky reserve

Tegfan Garden Suite is in Bannau Brycheiniog, the Brecon Beacons National Park, 1 of only 18 sites in the World with Dark Sky Status, making it the perfect destination for stargazers.

With this in mind, Tegfan Garden Suite is in the perfect spot for star-gazing. Our heavens are blessed with some of the UK’s darkest skies so prepare to be dazzled. In total peace and quiet you can sit back in our garden and enjoy your very own private light show. On a clear night you can see the Milky Way, major constellations, bright nebulas and even meteor showers. Llangorse Lake, Hay Bluff and Llanthony Priory are all nearby and known to be some of the best stargazing viewing spots in Bannau Brycheiniog, the Brecon Beacons National Park.
